The hotel had a relatively convenient location for my travels.

I encountered many issues during my stay. The check-in process was extremely frustrating, as I had to wait for a long time due to the computers being down. Additionally, when I finally got to check in, I was informed that there was no room available, which was very disappointing, especially after a long journey. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast available the following morning, leaving me without a meal before heading out.

The Residence Inn provided a spacious room with a full kitchen, including a full-sized refrigerator and utensils. The easy check-in process via the Marriott app was convenient after a long drive. Additionally, the staff was attentive and promptly addressed my requests. I particularly enjoyed the Tuesday night BBQ event and the Wednesday food truck offering delicious Jamaican cuisine with enjoyable drinks.

While the breakfast sandwiches and pre-made waffles were decent, it felt like there could have been more variety. The pool and hot tub were out of service during my stay, and I was frustrated that I didn’t get any notification about that upfront. They do offer a great location near restaurants and shops, which was convenient, but the overall amenities could use some attention to improve the guest experience.
